Paislees Blessing Day

Paislee was blessed July 25. She wore the same dress that I was blessed in, which was really neat for me. I'm glad my mom kept my dress! After the blessing we went and ate behind our church under the gazebo. It was so great to have our family all with us and have them help bless Paislee. Jeff did a great job blessing her and I'm so impressed with what a great Dad he is, he loves his girls so much!

Bear Lake Reunion

This past weekend we went up to Bear Lake for a family reunion. The family reunion was ok but we had alot more fun spending time with the immediate family and relaxing. I made the plunge and agreed to bring Paislee on the boat with us! I know...big deal for me! I was nervous that she wouldn't really like the life jacket but she was great! She fell asleep in it and was such a great baby. She definetly takes after her Daddy and she is really easy going.

Jeffs family came into town for Paislee's blessing and my parents took us all boating...Mark biffed it really bad while wakeboarding and got a bad black eye! Sorry Mark:( We had a great time though and I sure enjoyed getting some needed sun! It felt so good to get out of the house and spend time with our families.

2 Months Old Already!

Last night I went to wake her up to feed her before bed and this is what I saw! Ha ha she is learning how to suck on her thumb but hasn't quite gotten how to do it yet:)

Paislee has grown so fast! It seems just yesterday that she was so fragile and teeny! Well, I still feel like she is fragile but she is getting so big. I can't believe how fast time flies. We enjoy every minute with her, she is so much fun. She has started to give us a few smiles here and there and it melts my heart! We love how she is starting to become more alert and react more to us. We're so lucky to be her parents.

Our little baby is getting so BIG! Too fast:( I took her in yesterday to get weighed and she weighs 8 lbs. 4 oz.! We just can't get enough of her, she is a great baby:)

Her flowers I made are just a little big for her little head right now. A lady stopped Jeff the other day and said, "so cute, I love her flower, it shades her face!" Ha ha she will grow into them someday.

I was holding Paislee and all of a sudden her face gets red and she gets this really concentrated look on her face. When she does that, its inevitable that a poop is on the way but diapers are supposed to catch that right?! NO!! Jeff started cracking up because he saw it starting to ooze out the side of her diaper on my lap! Really funny honey:)

1 month old

It is so crazy how fast time flies! Paislee is already 1 month old today!!!! She is just the cutest thing ever, we adore her. She definitely has Mommy and Daddy wrapped around her finger. It has been so fun to see her grow and become more alert. Having a family is the biggest blessing we could've asked for, she fits perfect with us.
